The 46th Annual PSRFA Conference is set for September 29-30, 2022 at the Red Lion Hotel, Harrisburg, Pa. This year’s theme is Stay the Course.

The conference will open with a luncheon and Keynote, on Thursday, September 29th.

The Keynote Presentation will be presented by Elisa Esh. Elisha is the Director of Permanency Services with PA Child , nationally recognized permanency profession and Angel of Adoption award winner. Presenting with Elisha is Cindy Casimir, former foster youth, author, and poet they will discuss the gift of family and the reality that foster children having at least one caring dedicated involved individual whether by blood, affiliation or friendship can make an invaluable difference in the quality of their lives.

The conference registration fee includes 10 hours of training, refreshments at breaks, five meals, and networking with other resource families throughout Pennsylvania.

Thursday night’s dinner will be an opportunity for all to sit back and relax. After dinner, join us for the Annual Benefit Auction for the PSRFA Scholarship Fund. Proceeds from the auction are the major sources of funds that PSRFA uses to provide scholarships to graduating seniors who are foster, adoptive, or biological children of foster parents.

We are always looking for auction items, so please feel free to bring some goodies with you when you come to the conference. Friday evening at our annual awards banquet we will honor the individuals who have done so much to help improve the lives of our families and children. We know that you will enjoy the conference and we are looking forward to seeing all of you there.
